Our Care

Roxton provides care to people over the age of 55 who have social and nursing care needs. We care for people with complex care, including physical disabilities and medical problems, some of our residents will have dementia. We have a very high proportion of staff with NVQ training and many additional skills . Roxton does not use agency staff, so you can be sure that we get to know our residents and their families well.

Day Care

Roxton Nursing Home provides support to those caring for an elderly person at home. The home will provide care on a day or half-day basis including meals, recreation and comfort whilst friends or relatives can take rest or 'take time out'. Our other day services include, shower/bathing, chiropody, and hairdressing – all by arrangement.

This service is aimed at supporting carers who provide care at home, often 24-hours a day and 7-days a week. By providing some relief and support, we aim to help the carers to cope with what is often a difficult and demanding task.
